Overview

You join Analog Devices in the Advanced Data-converter Platforms Group to drive design-ins for TRx/ADC/DAC products in aerospace, defense, and communications. You will bridge labs and customers, advancing from evaluation to prototyping and shaping future product direction with cross-functional teams. The role blends deep RF/mixed-signal expertise with high-touch customer support to enable rapid adoption of ADI solutions.

You'll work on leading-edge Software Defined Radio use cases and help scale a modern support model. This is a high-impact, collaborative role at the intersection of engineering and customer success.

Responsabilidades Provide primary technical support to customers for TRx/ADC/DAC implementations

Assist via phone, email, online forums, and on-site visits to resolve issues

Integrate and troubleshoot software and hardware on evaluation boards

Collaborate with marketing to capture and document customer requirements

Define eval board architecture and release plans

Work with Systems, FPGA and Software Engineers to craft DSP reference designs





Create technical media (datasheets, application notes, training materials, seminars/webinars)

Engage with customers to accelerate adoption from evaluation to prototyping

Support the broader team in defining future product directions

Requisitos principales Strong fundamentals in high-speed data converters and radio signal chain

RF and mixed-signal systems design and debug experience

Knowledge of data converters, mixed signal, and processor-based systems

Familiarity with RF design specs (IIP3, Noise Figure) and related bench equipment

Experience with oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers

Programming in C, Python; knowledge of APIs and software abstraction

Embedded C experience; DSP theory and algorithms knowledge

Familiarity with DSP topics (FFT, filtering, resampling, NCO, DDC, QEC); DPD/FPGA a plus

Strong communication and collaboration skills; customer-facing

Planning and organization with a proactive, decisive work style excellent oral and written communication team player customer-focused mindset
