Overview In this role you will build cloud-native, AWS-based backend solutions for a greenfield platform. You work in a fast-growing, tech-focused team, owning end-to-end delivery with a DevOps mindset. You will solve diverse technical challenges for international users and contribute to a scalable, on-demand software environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape a new product suite within Santander's tech-driven organization.

Responsabilidades Design, build, and deploy backend services using Java or Kotlin (Spring Boot). Develop and operate cloud-native solutions on AWS with production-grade reliability. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins, driving automated testing and deployment.

Own features end-to-end in a true build-it-and-own-it culture with DevOps practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user,



business, and technical challenges. Avoid cut-and-paste approaches; deliver innovative, cohesive software for a greenfield platform.

Requisitos principales Backend development in Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot experience. Production deployment experience on AWS.

Experience with automated build/test systems for CI/CD (Docker, Jenkins, etc).

Strong
