Overview

As Senior AI Business Analyst at Zurich/ServiZurich, you translate business needs into data specifications and serve as a bridge between business, data, and IT to embed AI into processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and risk decisions. You will monitor model performance, improve data quality and feature engineering, and uphold Responsible AI practices.

Responsabilidades Translate business needs into clear data specifications with stakeholders

Adapt AI solutions and data schemas for country-specific requirements; configure prompts

Support new feature implementations for AI solutions

Maintain and extend data schemas to capture relevant data

Monitor accuracy and impact of AI models; collaborate on data quality and feature engineering





Align AI use with Responsible AI principles; drive continuous improvement

Bridge between business, data, and IT; provide user training and guidance on AI capabilities

Support AI adoption strategy and general best practices

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in related disciplines to Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics

10+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Insurance Operations or Data Analyst

Hands-on experience with AI enablement and LLMs or AI platforms

Structured business and data analysis skills with strong problem-solving

Open-minded, test-and-learn mindset

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication

Proficiency in English and at least one additional language stakeholder engagement clear and proactive communication collaboration across cross-functional teams experience with LLMs or AI-driven platforms data schemas design and maintenance data quality and feature engineering
