Overview In this Senior Consultant role you guide IT solutions and system processes to meet current business needs and future strategy. You work on technical consulting and project management for varied initiatives, collaborating with finance and IT stakeholders to translate needs into technical outcomes. You drive continuous improvement through automation, data, and integration across ERP/EPM platforms.

You will operate with high autonomy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful finance solutions.

Responsabilidades

Understand and translate finance processes (accounting, budgeting, forecasting, controls) into technical requirements

Implement, configure, support, or enhance ERP/EPM applications (e.g., Performio, Commissions, Concur, Workday)

Develop or improve data reporting, dashboards, reconciliations, and data integrations

Coordinate interfaces between applications and other enterprise systems

Identify and automate manual processes using workflows, RPA, APIs, or related technologies

Prepare functional specs, test scenarios, UAT plans, defect tracking, and deployment activities

Support internal controls, access controls, SOX compliance, and data security





Manage requirements, timelines, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders and vendors

Troubleshoot issues, provide root-cause analysis, and train finance users

Explain technical topics to finance stakeholders and translate business requirements for technical teams

Requisitos principales Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes and business operations

Experience with ERP systems and enterprise business applications

Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools

Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, analysis, reporting)

Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI/visualization tools

Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions

Experience supporting UAT, system implementations, and integrations

Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills across organizational levels

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate in cross-functional teams

Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information

Quick learner and adaptable to new systems and processes
