Salary: €28,000 – €33,000 gross per year, depending on experience

About Us

Morral 1991 S.L. is an international textile representation company, working closely with leading manufacturers and major European fashion groups.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our commercial administration team and support our international operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Order management and follow-up.
- Coordination of deliveries between customers and international suppliers.
- Monitoring of payments and collections.
- Administrative support to the sales team.
- Data entry and maintenance within the company's management systems.
- Preparation and follow-up of commercial documentation.
- Coordination with customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Production follow-up and resolution of operational issues.
- Ensuring deadlines and customer requirements are met.

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level, professional use required).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.




- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial administration or customer service.
- Experience in international trade environments.
- Italian language skills.
- Experience coordinating orders, logistics and production follow-up.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
