Overview

As a Senior Learning & Development Partner, you will define and drive tailored learning strategies to support the growth of eDOers and business success. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, design engaging solutions, and measure impact. You'll coach leaders, foster a learning culture, and enable AI-enabled transformation to accelerate change.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on program delivery in a hybrid Barcelona setting. You will help translate business goals into people outcomes that move the company forward.

Requisitos principales Background in leadership development and coaching

Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or related field

Ability to design and deliver learning solutions with measurable business value

Proven track record of tracking behavioral adoption and business impact metrics

Experience with AI tools (Gemini, Claude or similar)

Curiosity to explore and integrate AI-driven solutions into workflows

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Strong executive presence and facilitation skills

Self-starter with initiative and idea generation

Analytical thinker who uses data to drive learning improvements

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across functions

Proven coaching experience with mid-to-senior managers and constructive challenge using data-driven insights
