You will shape how users discover critical information, collaborating across product, software, and data science teams. Responsabilidades Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ranking and retrieval models for relevant search results

Advance semantic search through fine-tuning/distillation of language models and embedding techniques

Architect and implement scalable recommender systems to personalize user experiences





Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions

Stay ahead of trends in ML, NLP, and information retrieval, prototyping new ideas

Requisitos principales Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, or related quantitative field

3+ years of production ML experience focused on Information Retrieval, Search, or Recommender Systems

Proficiency in Python and SQL or similar query languages

Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face

Hands-on experience with vector databases

Strong analytical mindset and quantitative problem-solving skills

Excellent English communication, both written and spoken clear, precise communication collaborative and agile mindset ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
