multiple market channels, including hotels, retail, large-scale
distribution, and e-commerce. Thanks to our production capacity and
general sales network, we can offer innovative cosmetic collections
and customized contract solutions. Our headquarters are in
Switzerland , with sales offices across Europe, the Middle East,
and North America , and a distributor network in South America,
Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific region . We supply
cosmetics to independent and regional hotels as well as
international hotel chains. We are looking for an enthusiastic and
experienced Key Account , based in Spain , to join our team and
help develop the Local Market across Spain and the Balearic
Islands, with a specific focus on small hotel groups and
independent hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
securing new sales contracts, managing existing accounts and
coordinating the territorial sales network. Main responsabilities




Develop and secure new sales contracts for small hotel groups and
independent hotels, through direct engagement and negotiationand
also in coworking mode with intermediaries specialists or
distributors. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing
clients and distribution partners , ensuring continued
collaboration and business growth. Achieve and exceed sales
turnover and margin targets , aligning with company objectives.
Collaborate closely with designated distributors to ensure contract
compliance and seamless implementation of agreements. Provide
training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance their
product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Coordinate and support
territorial multi-brand sales agents, ensuring alignment with
commercial objectives, effective market coverage, and consistent
execution of the company’s sales strategy. Conduct market research
to identify new hotel openings and business opportu
