You will partner closely with Engineering, Design/UX, Data, Operations, Customer Growth, Customer Needs, and Risk, Legal and Compliance. It is not an operations, service‐delivery or project‐coordination role. Lead one cross‐functional squad, aligning Engineering, Design, Data and business partners around clear customer and business outcomes.

Lead continuous discovery using product data, customer feedback,



UX research and experimentation. Monitor performance after launch and use evidence to improve, iterate or change direction. Strong product sense and a track record of UX excellence: simplifying complexity and building intuitive customer journeys. ~ Experience in banking, fintech, financial services or another regulated digital environment.

Fluent in English (Required) Fluent in Spanish (Preferred) Data‐informed mindset; Strong discovery and prioritisation skills, using customer evidence, product data and business impact to make clear decisions. Your contribution matters, and it's recognized.
