The mission of the team is to earn trust and prevent, manage, and mitigate political, legislative, and regulatory threats to TikTok. Based in Madrid, this role involves developing and executing public policy strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and navigating the political and regulatory landscapes of both countries. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive government relations and public policy strategies for Switzerland and Austria, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Policy Analysis: Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in both countries, assessing their impact on the company's operations and providing strategic recommendations.

Advocacy and Representation: Represent the company at governmental meetings, public hearings, industry conferences, and other relevant events, articulating the company's positions on various policy issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Legal, Communications, and Product,



to ensure that public policy initiatives are integrated with business strategies and that product developments comply with regulatory requirements. Guide and manage external government relations and public policy consultancies as well as trade associations, ensuring alignment with internal objectives and optimal performance.

Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reports on policy developments, advocacy efforts, and potential risks, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or a related field; Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess complex policy issues and their implications for the business.
