The Day-to-Day

Lead all finance, accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, regulatory compliance and other related activities for the Spain operations and oversee those activities for our Chilean Entity.
Ensure local statutory compliance, tax filings, regulatory reporting.
Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, government authorities and advisors while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and approval authorities.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections,



and management information as per corporate requirements.
Ensure strong financial controls, effective risk management, and adherence to corporate accounting policies and international reporting standards.
Act as a trusted business partner to local management, operation teams and the Corporate Support Services, providing financial insight and supporting strategic decision making.
Drive standardization, simplification, improvement and automation of finance and business processes across all locations.
Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing Finance team while fostering collaboration across locations and functions.
Ensure business continuity through effective succession planning, cross-training, and clear accountability across the organization.
Communicate significant financial, operational, compliance, or business risks in a timely manner and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
