Overview In this role you oversee end-to-end managed services delivery for client contracts, ensuring satisfaction and profitability. You work with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and quality standards, while proactively managing risks and identifying growth opportunities. You'll coordinate service delivery across sites and offerings, providing clear communication to clients and internal stakeholders.

This position combines project oversight, technical guidance, and contract governance in a remote setup across Spain, with a focus on sustainable client value and service excellence.

Responsabilidades Ensure services are delivered per defined SLAs and service definitions, driving client satisfaction

Act as primary client contact for inquiries, escalations, and feedback

Tailor services to client needs by understanding their business objectives

Oversee delivery of managed services and uphold quality standards

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly





Monitor client satisfaction and drive continuous service improvements

Develop account plans to strengthen engagement and retention

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage new service implementations

Requisitos principales Seasoned experience in managed services and client management

Strong project management and ITIL familiarity

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and billing

English and Spanish proficiency (mandatory)

Experience aligning service delivery with contracts and compliance

Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills client-centric mindset proactive problem-solving cross-functional collaboration

ITIL or equivalent service management framework project management infrastructure, cloud, security knowledge
