Overview In this Senior Backend Engineer role, you help build Fever's high-performance live-entertainment platform. You work within a fast-growing engineering team to deliver scalable features and robust services. You'll collaborate with Product, Data, and other engineers to improve architecture, observability, and developer experience. This position offers ownership from day one and the chance to shape critical backend systems at scale.

Responsabilidades Design and implement end-to-end features within your squad
Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements across services and APIs
Work with event-driven systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with Product, Data,
and Engineering teams to enhance platform and developer experience
Lead code reviews and contribute to mentoring and best practices
Take ownership of core components and evolve their architecture
Drive continuous improvement in scalability, observability, and system design
Requisitos principales Strong knowledge of building maintainable and scalable code with testing-driven development and design patterns
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Experience handling services with high concurrencies and high volume requests
Proficiency with Datadog or similar profiling/monitoring tools
Proficiency in business English ownership cross-functional collaboration delivery-focused
