As a Senior Systems Engineer at Indra Space, you will lead the engineering lifecycle of mission-critical space systems. You will drive requirements analysis, architecture definition, and verification across cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end satellite solutions. You will operate within a company shaping Europe's space autonomy through programs like IRIS2, Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus. Responsabilidades Lead technical activities in complex system engineering projects

Analyse requirements, define system specifications, architecture, and ensure traceability

Produce high-quality technical documentation

Manage requirements with DOORS or equivalent tools

Develop IVQ procedures: test definition, results analysis, and reporting

Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary internal and external teams





Develop system models and architectures using MBSE tools (Capella, Enterprise Architect)

Participate in project phase reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)

Requisitos principales Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Telecommunications or related field

At least 5 years of experience as a systems engineer on complex projects

Experience with SE processes across concept, specification, and design phases

Familiarity with IVQ discipline: test procedures, verification, and reporting

Proficiency with requirements management tools (DOORS or similar)

Experience with MBSE methodologies and tools (Capella, Enterprise Architect)

Strong ability to design complex systems and produce clear documentation

Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams

Understanding of engineering best practices cross-functional collaboration effective communication problem solving
