Overview In this role you craft and execute talent strategies to support INBRAIN's mission of real-time precision neurology. You partner with senior leaders to translate growth plans into recruitment and workforce plans, combining hands-on execution with advisory counsel. You will build talent pipelines, guide assessment and offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding and integration for high-impact hires.

You'll work across functions to align people initiatives with business goals and help bring cutting-edge healthcare solutions to market.

Responsabilidades

Partner with hiring managers to translate approved hiring plans into recruitment strategies

Contribute to workforce planning to anticipate needs, risks, and priorities

Advise stakeholders on talent market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from vacancy to offer

Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing plans, timelines, and assessment methodologies

Build talent pipelines for current and future needs

Identify and mitigate recruitment bottlenecks and risks

Ensure high-quality hiring outcomes across functions

Design and execute multi-channel sourcing and candidate engagement





Manage HR interviews and structured assessments; guide interview methodologies

Coordinate offer preparation and negotiations; align offers with internal frameworks

Facilitate onboarding and early employee experience; ensure readiness of start dates

Maintain recruitment systems, data integrity, and reporting; monitor KPIs

Create documentation and best practices; support continuous improvement of workflows

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Requisitos principales 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Talent Partnering, or related People functions

Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and business functions

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and candidate assessment methodologies

Experience managing offer negotiations and compensation discussions

Experience coordinating onboarding processes and new hire integration activities

Ability to influence decision-making through data and stakeholder management

Fluency in English

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail, proactive, organized and solution-driven mindset
