Overview In this role you drive the commercial engine of TP Spain's strategic new program, leading a cross-EMEA sales effort. You'll guide outbound pipeline generation, host acquisition, and consultative engagements with property managers, while scaling a multilingual sales team. Requisitos principales Proficient English (C1)

Minimum 18 months experience as a Sales Team Leader

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Good people skills

Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills

Team player with leadership, analytical and communication skills

Consultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plus

Interest in sales, technology and the internet; desire to learn and develop

High emotional intelligence
