The
mission
of the Wellness Manager position is to:

➔ Ensure the overall operation of the Wellness space, guaranteeing the development, management,



and delivery of wellness services and programmes.

➔ Maintain and oversee all operational aspects of the Wellness facilities.

➔ Manage and supervise the Wellness team.

Regarding the
responsibilities and duties
of the role, the Wellness Manager will be responsible for:

Ensuring the implementation of wellness programmes:
- Deliver the Wellness space's wellness programmes and treatments, ensuring compliance with the organisation's guest experience standards.
- Develop and ensure a personalised guest experience based on a diverse range of treatments, meeting guests' individual needs and preferences.
- Ensure upselling and cross-selling within the Wellness space in order to achieve the sales targets and business results set by the organisation.
