In this role, you will support entities throughout the transformation journey, from preparation and deployment to adoption and hypercare, ensuring efficient, compliant, and future-ready finance processes. What will you do?
- Lead the regional deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for Accounting as part of Schneider Electric’s UNIFY transformation program.
- Lead and coordinate manual value mapping activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Drive the adoption of standardized finance processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, Intercompany, General Ledger, Tax, Treasury,



Payroll & Credit management
- Partner with Global and Local BPOs, Finance teams, and key stakeholders to align business needs with best practice solutions.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops and support organizations through deployment, training, go-live, and hypercare.
- Contribute data migration, change management, and business readiness activities to ensure successful transformation and user adoption.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Strong expertise in accounting processes, including R2R, P2P, O2C, and Intercompany Accounting, with solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
- Experience in ERP implementations, migrations, or large-scale business transformation projects; exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a strong advantage.
- Advanced MS Excel skills combined with a project-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in agile environments.
