Overview In this role you will safeguard the availability and performance of critical applications behind Verisure's smart alarm services. You will work with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve production challenges and drive automation within a DevOps-oriented operating model. You'll analyze system behavior, optimize reliability, and contribute to best practices for disaster recovery and incident response.

Responsabilidades Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications and services

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents to minimize disruption





Drive automation and continuous improvement to increase operational efficiency

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve scalability, resilience and protection

Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes and optimize performance

Maintain technical documentation and contribute to disaster recovery and operational best practices

Requisitos principales 3+ years in IT Operations Support, Application Support, Service Engineering, SRE, or similar roles

Bachelors in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related studies
