Overview In this role you act as the central service delivery contact, owning the account's financial health and strategic direction. You design and execute delivery plans aligned to customer priorities, using data-driven insights to boost efficiency and portfolio growth.

Responsabilidades Create and execute comprehensive service delivery plans balancing financial health, resources, and customer objectives Take ownership of financial approvals (scope, pricing, margin) to keep projects on time and within budget Lead QBRs and delivery workshops to showcase performance and identify expansion opportunities Drive continuous improvement by integrating AI-driven tools and automation for reporting and planning Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience or Master's with 4+ years 3+ years of experience managing service delivery across multiple accounts with P&L; oversight and financial planning Experience in process improvement using data analytics, automation tools and AI-driven tools Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to execute customer-facing projects Conflict resolution and escalation management Data analytics for delivery optimization
