Overview In this role you will provide strategic and operational support for the Digital Workplace and ITSM/RPA initiatives. You will interact with external teams and manage platforms such as ServiceNow to drive process improvements. You will develop and present technical and financial strategies to management, operating with autonomy at senior levels. Based in London with some travel, you'll contribute to a dynamic, international team that values collaboration and impact.

Responsabilidades Provide strategic and operational support for IT and digital workplace initiatives

Coordinate with external teams related to Digital Workplace, ITSM projects, and RPA

Define and optimize workflow processes

Manage platforms such as ServiceNow

Develop strategies for management committee presentations





Validate technical and financial requirements

Represent the function at senior levels with autonomy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and service delivery improvements

Requisitos principales 6-10 years of experience in IT support, service operations, and enterprise service platforms

Outstanding ServiceNow and RPA/automation skills

Strong communication and organizational skills
