Overview In this role you will drive service sales in the Northwest area of Spain, growing the installed base and selling the full Medium & Low Voltage service portfolio. You'll develop strategic account plans, visit key end users, and build long-term relationships to deliver tailored service solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, pursue new market opportunities, and ensure financial KPIs are met.
This position blends technical service delivery with strategic sales in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades Drive service sales processes and opportunities in the Northwest area (Spain)
Penetrate Installed Base and promote the full Medium & Low Voltage service portfolio (maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, value-added solutions)
Develop and execute account plans for strategic end-user accounts
Prioritize customer visits to build presence, trust, and account growth
Grow portfolio mix and deliver tailored service solutions to customers
Become a trusted advisor, understanding operations and anticipating needs
Meet or exceed financial KPIs for service sales
Generate service sales leads and identify new market opportunities using CRM (Salesforce)
Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers
Collaborate with teams and continually learn to solve problems
Requisitos principales Engineering degree in Electrical engineering or similar
5+ years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service
Experience with Salesforce; technical skills in MV/LV; delivering tailored solutions
Knowledge of SAP is valuable
Innovative mindset with ownership and drive for improvement
Proficient in English
