As a Signavio Application Support & Governance Consultant, you will manage the day-to-day operations, governance, and support of the SAP Signavio platform (Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight/Process Intelligence). You will be the main point of contact for access, incidents, and changes, while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Signavio users, roles, and permissions
- Handle incidents and service requests related to Signavio
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
- Coordinate changes and improvements on the platform
- Collaborate with SAP (TAM) and internal IT/business stakeholders
- Work within agile, waterfall, or ticket-based delivery models

Profile

- 4+ years in IT, including 2+ years in BPM, process mining, or SaaS platform operations




- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight/Intelligence)
- SAP Signavio certification
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

- ITSM / ITIL experience
- Azure AD & SAML
- Celonis, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SCOUT task mining
- Basic Python skills
