Overview In this role you will review, draft, and negotiate site contracts and related agreements to support clinical trials. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations to align contracting deliverables with study timelines and maintain contract records. You will contribute to developing policies that speed up contract execution and improve process efficiency, all while managing stakeholder communications in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including site contracts, master confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and other client contracts

Collaborate with study teams and sponsor to resolve contractual issues and keep stakeholders informed on status

Ensure adherence to company contracting policies and standards

Update study team members on contract negotiation/execution progress

Establish, track, and report site contract metrics; maintain contract files and databases





Assist in designing and implementing policies to enable timely contract execution; identify and implement process improvements

Handle additional tasks as assigned

Requisitos principales Minimum of 5 years' experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating site CTAs, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations in a CRO/healthcare setting

Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors

Knowledge of contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations (preferred)

Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office; ability to work independently and in a virtual environment strong organizational skills excellent written and verbal communication attention to detail self-motivation and ability to work independently professionalism and good interpersonal skills
