Job Number:342373Part time (50%) HR Associate (M/F/D)Location: Valencia, Spain.About the roleProvide organizational and administrative support to internal customers, supporting a range of HR activities in the Service Center.Job Responsibilities- Define and implement HR processes.- Support the full recruiting process: preparing job ads, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, employment contracts, and onboarding.- Maintain master data and employee files (digital and physical).- Coordinate health management, contact with the Mutua and External Prevention Company.- Interface with HR services (Labor Contracts, Payroll, Social Security, Terminations,



etc.).- Assist in annual processes such as Performance Management and Rewards Planner.- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to ensure compliance and reduce risk.- Engage with Universities and Schools to acquire interns.Education / Experience- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, or related field.- 2-3 years of HR experience preferred.Qualifications- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.- Drive and resilience.- Strong analytical and organizational skills.- Advanced proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.- Discretion with confidential information.- Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment.BenefitsCompetitive total rewards package including pay and innovative benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
