The Account Manager will be fully focused on driving new business development, identifying and securing enterprise-level clients principally across the Retail sector in the Italian market and pitching our translation and localization services as well GlobalLink technology and AI solutions.

Initially the successful candidate will manage prospection and cold outreach for lead generation to create opportunities with prospective clients. In time, they will then be involved in taking on more responsibility, leading discovery meetings, demo calls, and eventually, closing and contract execution.

The role requires a commercially-driven professional capable of engaging C-Level stakeholders in conversations around global growth, workflow modernization,



and scalable content and technology solutions.

Position responsibilities

Identify and engage global enterprise prospects, generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, industry networking, digital outreach, and participation in trade events

Adopt a consultative sales approach from qualification through negotiation and contract execution

Develop an understanding of client business models and identify and pitch international growth strategies

Position TransPerfect’s AI-enabled content, technology, and integral solutions within broader digital transformation and operational initiatives

Serve as a strategic partner for clients, aligning solutions with client needs

Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define pricing strategies, participate in contractual discussions for complex, multi-service enterprise agreements, and conduct revenue forecasting with Accounting teams
