Job Description:

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects following contract award, ensuring delivery in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety standards. This role serves as the primary interface between internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Services, and Software) and external stakeholders (clients, EPCs, and contractors), ensuring successful project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Within the EMEA region, the Senior Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of assigned projects and customer accounts ensuring best-in-class service delivery across all company solutions and associated services.

The role includes full ownership of project and account performance, encompassing financial management (P&L; control, margin protection, and cash collection), coordination of logistics and supply chain activities, and alignment of interdepartmental teams to meet project milestones. The Senior Project Manager also ensures strict adherence to HSE and quality standards on-site,



while proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation and recovery actions.

Additionally, the Project Manager acts as a strong advocate for customer needs within the organization, providing technical and operational support, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and company capabilities.
