Midnight Blue is an interior design studio based in Palma de Mallorca, founded in 2007. We design high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces of all sizes, managing every phase of a project from the first sketch to the final installation. We work with proportion, light, and honest materials to create interiors that are elegant without trying too hard - spaces shaped by precision, but built to feel warm, considered, and lived-in.

About the Internship:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team in Palma de Mallorca.

Please note: this is an internship / prácticas position, not a permanent employment position. The internship must be formalised through a convenio de prácticas with a university or recognised training centre .

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in social media, content creation and marketing within a high-end interior design studio. You will work closely with the team and contribute to how Midnight Blue presents its work, projects and creative process online.

What you'll do:

- Create, prepare and schedule content for our social media channels, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn
- Help develop content around ongoing interior design projects, including photoshoots, site visits and behind-the-scenes moments
- Assist with organising and selecting visual content from projects
- Research trends, references and relevant accounts within interior design, architecture, hospitality and lifestyle




- Support the development of the studio's social media and overall digital presence
- Contribute ideas for new content formats and ways to communicate the Midnight Blue aesthetic online

What we're looking for:

- Fluent in Spanish and English , both spoken and written
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Digital Media or a related field
- Confident using social media and interested in digital content
- A genuine interest in interior design, architecture, lifestyle and visual culture
- Strong visual judgement and attention to detail
- Creative, organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Based in Palma de Mallorca and available to work on-site
- Eligible to sign a formal internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or recognised training centre
