Overview In this role, you'll help build and evolve a high-scale distributed tracing pipeline that ingests, analyzes, and publishes trace data to power a fast, AI-enabled observability platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and drive architectural decisions for scalable backend services. You'll create automation and tooling to streamline deployment, leverage AI to accelerate development, and participate in an agile, DevOps culture with on-call responsibilities.

Requisitos principales Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and scaling in production

Strong experience writing software in Kotlin, Java, Go (or similar) and ability to adapt to different languages/frameworks

Familiarity with asynchronous programming techniques (streams, event-based flows, task queues, message queues)

Comfort in a fast-paced, production-focused, Agile environment

Collaborative work style with shared code ownership

Adaptability and curiosity about AI to enhance development workflow
