Overview In this role you will contribute to bringing innovative motion-control products to market within Celera Motion. You will develop and maintain multi-platform libraries and GUI tools that simplify system commissioning, while ensuring high quality and close collaboration with firmware and QA teams. You'll optimize performance, document architecture, and advance diagnostic features to support robust, reliable motion control solutions.

This role offers impact across product development and customer-facing software platforms.

Responsabilidades Develop and maintain communication libraries

Develop and maintain motion control libraries with advanced identification and tuning tools

Develop and maintain graphical user interfaces for servo-driver commissioning

Optimize performance to meet product requirements

Write internal documentation on software platforms

Collaborate with Firmware team to improve products





Define test plans with QA to ensure software quality

Requisitos principales BSc, MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline

2+ years of experience

Strong proficiency in Python

Motion control knowledge (motors, feedback sensors, controls)

Experience with source control (Subversion, Git)

Experience with software testing and automated testing

Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Fluent in Spanish and English

Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve objectives

Positive, proactive, energetic attitude

High attention to detail and excellence
