Join NPAWs engineering team to build high-performance Java backend and JavaScript frontend solutions that unlock meaningful insights from large data. You will contribute to analytics platforms, plugins, and AI-assisted processes, collaborating across product, UI, and customer engineering teams. This role offers the chance to influence real-time analytics used by over 150 video services at scale. You will work on cutting-edge data processing and visualization to empower data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades Develop and optimize backend services in Java and/or frontend applications in JavaScript

Build and maintain plugins using JavaScript and mobile technologies (iOS/Android)

Integrate AI-driven approaches to enhance projects and processes

Optimize existing services and craft new functionalities for processing large data volumes

Collaborate with multiple departments to develop pioneering technologies

Partner with Product to create new metrics for Analytics Software





Collaborate with UI team to design and implement data visualization experiences

Coordinate with Customer Engineering and Operations to plan and deliver custom projects

Requisitos principales BS/MS degree in Mathematics, Engineering or a related field

Experience as a software engineer using Java, JavaScript, or mobile technologies

Proficiency in at least one area: backend (Java), frontend (JavaScript/modern frameworks), or plugin/mobile development (iOS/Android)

Skilled with local and distributed cache libraries for performance improvement

Proven ability to ensure scalable, high-performance APIs and responsive user interfaces

Experience in optimizing services

Familiar with Git and automation tools like Jenkins

Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (bundlers, package managers, testing frameworks) is a plus

Passion for problem solving and programming

Open to learning new languages and technologies
