We're looking for a Software V&V; Team Leader to drive verification, validation and testing activities across complex signalling and software programs. This is high-impact engineering – ensuring safety, quality, and reliability in critical rail infrastructure. Lead verification, integration and test activities across software, product and system levels Drive the transition from manual to automated testing (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, TestComplete) Manage configuration, change control and requirement traceability Oversee test execution, reporting, risks and issue management Define and follow up test environments, test benches and analysis tools Lead the V&V; team and manage subcontractors and work packages Experience in verification & validation,
