, is an integral part of the Operations team. Our main goal is to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute strategic initiatives that drive both short- and mid-term growth for Exoticca.

who wants to gain hands-on experience in business operations while supporting Exoticca in its fast-growing journey.

What will you do?
- Support the Business Excellence team with regular operational reporting and KPI monitoring
- Help prepare and update reports using Excel, Looker and Power BI
- Assist with weekly follow-up of operational topics, identifying relevant updates or issues
- Support the analysis of business data and help prepare insights and simple recommendations
- Participate in the monitoring of budgets, discounts and operational inefficiencies
- Collaborate with different teams to gather information and support ongoing improvement projects

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (eligible for an internship agreement)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills with
