Reporting to : Accounting Manager
Based in : Madrid, Spain
The selected professional will m anage banking transactions, reconciliations, audits, and financial operations for Spanish entities.
What will you do?
- Handle banking transactions for multiple Spanish entities.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and process payment remittances ( twice a month ) .
- Assist with audit processes and month-end closings by providing precise and timely financial data.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bank activities.
Work with other departments to facilitate efficient financial operations.
What do we need?
- Bs in Economics, Business Administration,
or similar financial-related degrees.
- At least, 2 - 3 years of experience in bank accounting and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with SAP R3-FI ; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
- Ability to manage high transaction volumes across multiple entities.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
