The role

You'll own the back half of the funnel — demos, negotiation, closing — turning qualified pipeline into signed customers.

What you'll do
- Run demos.
Tailored to each prospect, clearly showing how Pillar solves real problems on their job sites.
- Own the sales cycle.
From qualified opportunity to signed contract, no handoffs in between.
- Negotiate.
Pricing, terms, and onboarding timelines, without giving away the store.
- Close.
Get contracts signed and revenue recognized.
- Hand off cleanly.
Make sure onboarding starts with the right context.
- Feed the playbook.
Surface messaging, objections, and ICP feedback from the field.

What you'll bring
- Native-level Spanish, and comfortable working in English with the rest of the team.
- You've run a full sales cycle solo before: demoed, negotiated, and closed.




- Comfortable being one of two AEs building a market, not executing a mature playbook.
- A problem solver, not a closer-at-all-costs — construction buyers can tell the difference in thirty seconds.
- An ownership mindset — you spot problems and bring solutions, not tickets.
- 3+ years in a closing sales role, ideally SaaS or tech. Construction, real estate, or fintech is a plus.
- Based in Barcelona — this is a full-time, on-site role.
