with our data analyst: choose/weight the right conversion events (trial starts, weekly renewal, revenue, predicted LTV), implement value‑based bidding, and feed better optimization signals to ad platforms.
- Cash discipline & reporting:
treat spend like it’s your own; instrument clean weekly reporting (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, payback by app/geo/cohort) in

- Channel expansion:
