TRG is looking for a Senior Deskside Multi-Account Technician in the Madrid Area - Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

•Troubleshooting and resolving IT related incidents in different environments.
• Installing current Microsoft and/or Apple operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop and laptop.
• Loading an image onto a desktop and laptop.
• Loading standard software applications such as Microsoft Office or other scripted installs.
• Installing (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Finding faults with office environment IT related problems (connectivity, application errors, operating systemissues).
• Replacing components in both desktops and laptops (e.g. hard drives, processors, fans etc.).
• Understanding complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
• 2nd Line Support of PCs / Laptops / Mobiles / Printers.
• Managing multi-vendor warranties.
• Hands & Eyes for L3 guidance on Network devices and Server systems.
• Performing other IT related actions as guided by CC.




• Ensuring all work is carried out to the agreed quality and service levels.
• Focus on Customer Service.
• Getting training and getting accreditations in different technologies when not assigned to projects/back-ups.
• Travel is a requirement for carrying out the service in different locations and sites in Spain. Mainly Madrid area. Focused in cover accounts of Computacenter.

Pre-Requisites & Experience
• Previous experience as onsite support in different customers carrying out tasks as described above.
• Professional competence in Spanish and English (B2 or above)
• Advantage: MCSA / CCNA / FORTI NSE4 / Checkpoint.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle required
