As the Client Program Manager (CP M ) you lead the global Customer Experience (CX) community to operationally serve one of our important c lients, are an essential element of the integral account team, resulting in successful customer experience and business growth around the globe. This role covers all products and services (O cean and L ogistics & Services) and all brands.

Be , together with the rest of the account team , the client expert internally, and the client advisor externally.

You lead improvement and value adding projects and guide implement ing new customer business for Maersk.

We are looking for
- Interest and willingness to learn about the c lient ’s priorities and assess strategically how Maersk can serve them
- Understanding of and passion for driving Operational Excellence in the business
- Experience of working with a wide variety of complex operational , technical and commercial matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be part of a strong account community and manage stakeholders on various levels both within Maersk and our customer
- Ability to problem solve and recommend appropriate course of action creating value for the customer
- P osition to be based in Valencia or Madrid
