- 2-3+ years of experience
as a Business Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with
SQL
for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with
data visualization and BI tools
such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of
data analysis, reporting, and business requirements gathering
, and version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with
stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

- Proven experience translating
business needs into data-driven insights and recommendations

- Advanced
proficiency in Spanish
(written and spoken).
- Strong
analytical thinking, problem-solving skills
