? Key responsibilities





• Define and execute the European Logistics IT roadmap in alignment with the company’s integral digital and IT strategy.

• Lead the development, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of logistics IT systems across multiple European markets.

• Oversee logistics platforms including WMS, TMS, Customs systems, port-related systems, and other supply chain technology solutions.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, scalability, and operational continuity of critical logistics systems.

• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities, together with disaster recovery and capacity planning.

• Act as the key interface between logistics business users and IT teams, collecting operational requirements and translating them into effective system solutions.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to improve user experience, service quality, and overall logistics IT performance.
