HR Manager – Spain
Are you passionate about people and HR, and enjoy making a real impact in a dynamic international environment? We are looking for an HR professional to join our team in Spain, playing a key role in supporting employees, managers and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on and varied HR role, combining people support, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, payroll, learning and development, and employee engagement. You will be a trusted HR partner, helping create a positive workplace while also contributing to integral HR initiatives and continuous improvement.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The role combines HR advisory, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, payroll, learning and development, and employee engagement.
In this role the following tasks and responsibilities can be expected:
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters, providing guidance on policies, people management and employee relations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance,



employee relations and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish employment legislation, company policies, health & safety, data protection and HR requirements.
• Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits and insurance processes with internal and external providers.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR data and documentation, and provide HR reporting and insights to regional and global stakeholders.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate local and mandatory training initiatives.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and global HR initiatives.
• Promote an inclusive, positive and engaging workplace culture, including employee engagement and wellbeing activities.
• Support the leadership agenda, including Leadership Principles training and awareness.
