Experteer Overview
In this Data Engineer role at Nexthink, you design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to turn raw data into actionable insights. You will build scalable analytics infrastructure and collaborate across teams to support strategic decisions. You’ll explore integrating AI/LLM capabilities into data workflows, enhancing visibility and data quality. This position offers a hands-on, autonomous environment with a mission to improve digital employee experiences at scale.

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple sources
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation, cleansing, and monitoring
• Build and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics at scale
• Explore and integrate LLM and AI capabilities into data workflows
• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply DAX calculations and Power Query transformations for performant reports
• Define, track, and report KPIs across business units
• Proactively improve data processes and reporting efficiency




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
• Act as a data engineering and analytics SME and support best practices
• Participate in interdisciplinary projects requiring technical depth and business acumen

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, data engineer, or similar role
• Proven experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query for data modeling and report development
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and managing relational data
• Strong Python skills, including data manipulation, automation, and pipeline scripting
• Experience building interactive Power BI reports from multiple data sources
• Analytical, curious, and autonomous with ability to navigate ambiguous problems
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to technical and business audiences
• Fluency in English
