We are recruiting a Solution Specialist to join a high-performing Cloud sales team in Benalmádena, Spain. As part of the sales organization you will play a key role in driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and acting as a trusted technical advisor for Small and Medium-sized Businesses

(SMBs).

About the Role As a Solution Specialist, you will secure new customer wins, accelerate Cloud adoption, and position yourself as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team. You will combine technical expertise with consultative selling skills to align Cloud solutions with customer business goals. Your day-to-day will include: Securing new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team

Providing technical product overviews and insights aligned with customer needs and usage scenarios Increasing technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas that accelerate customer success in the

Cloud Auditing and confirming implementation requirements and pricing calculations Demonstrating technical and business solutions to customers via Microsoft Teams Acting as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and potential customers

Conducting group and one-on-one training sessions across the Center in your areas of expertise Continuously researching and staying up to date with the latest Cloud capabilities and pricing models,



both for Microsoft and competitors What We Are Looking For Native or proficient in Dutch , with fluency in English — both mandatory

Bachelors degree — mandatory 3 to 6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development Minimum

Fundamentals certification required upon entering the role; L200

certification preferred Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication,

security, privacy, and compliance within Cloud and hybrid environments (preferred) Understanding of Cloud deployment and adoption planning Experience with Cloud-based productivity,

collaboration, and communications solution design, migration, and management Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a customer-facing environment Nice to have:

Experience working within a technical sales or presales environment

Academic background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering Masters degree (major or minor in computer science,
