Overview In this role you lead the national growth of GEODIS's LP product within Freight Forwarding, aligning with local regulations and regional strategies. You will shape and execute the national project logistics strategy, monitor performance and budgets, and ensure quality, CSR-HSE standards, and customer satisfaction. You'll build strong customer and partner relationships, coach local teams, and drive continuous improvements.

This position offers impact at scale within a general logistics leader that emphasizes compliance and cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Implement and steer the national Logistics Projects strategy in alignment with regional plans

Run the business: develop national strategic plans and manage budgets for the scope

Monitor performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction; ensure quality, productivity and CSR-HSE standards

Ensure compliance with international transportation regulations and European partner processes





Lead and develop local management teams; coach for performance and growth

Manage customer relationships with shippers, carriers, and agents; drive retention initiatives

Provide guidance and expertise to local teams; act as a point of contact for performance and development

Identify and implement process improvements; present recommendations to management

Contribute to employer branding and保持 up-to-date with industry best practices

Disseminate information effectively and ensure cross-functional collaboration

Requisitos principales Master degree

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position leadership and people management customer relationship management communication and coaching budget management performance monitoring (KPIs)
