Overview In this role you will maintain, secure, and optimize OT systems used in industrial environments, bridging IT and plant operations. You will oversee a small team of experts within production and ensure alignment with Cyber Security Governance. You will develop and implement OT security policies, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor project quality, time, and costs.

Responsabilidades Interface between IT cybersecurity and production areas at global, market, and plant levels

Advance the OT security framework and derive production requirements in collaboration with Cyber Security Governance

Gather and consolidate requirements from production areas





Pilot and implement policies and solutions in IT/OT projects according to IEC 62443/VDA-ISA standards

Monitor testing and implementation activities for TCQ and initiate corrective actions as needed

Coordinate tools, policies, and governance with cyber security teams

Organize regular knowledge-sharing meetings with production and cyber security teams

Requisitos principales University degree in industrial engineering or related field

Project management abilities and requirement identification skills

IT/OT background with 4.0/digital technologies exposure

Proactive, with strong communication and teamwork abilities

Microsoft 365 proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent communication, presentation and training capabilities

Fluent in English (local language required)
