Responsabilidades Assist in creating the Sportsbook proposition plan
Collaborate with CRM, Performance Marketing, Content & Brand Marketing to deliver a cohesive proposition
Oversee campaign creation and execution, including mechanics, payouts, and cross-functional briefs
Coordinate with Compliance to ensure terms accuracy for promotions
Plan and approve promotional campaigns and product launches
Analyze promotional engagement, cost, and ROI on an ongoing basis
Lead initiatives to improve weekly performance from identified opportunities
Conduct market and competitor analysis focusing on promotions and retention tactics
Work with CRM to ensure effective promotional communications to customers

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Confident in data analysis, performance tracking, and storytelling with numbers
