Overview

Senior Technical Onboarding Engineer at Analog Devices leads test automation initiatives and maintains CI/CD integration within QSS Test Operations. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable test automation plans and collaborate with infrastructure teams to build scalable test environments. This role focuses on advancing test automation practices across the organization and enabling reliable, automated software and hardware test workflows.

You'll work in a cross-functional setting to shape how testing supports digitized factories and advanced manufacturing.

Responsabilidades Gather and define stakeholder test automation requirements

Define project plans for Test Solution implementation in new and legacy projects

Integrate test automation with existing CI/CD systems or implement the QSS CI/CD pipeline

Coordinate with infrastructure teams to design and configure virtual build/test environments

Troubleshoot test automation infrastructure and build systems

Assist with configuring relational databases for test environments

Support training teams on QSS Test Solution frameworks

Assist with integration of Test Solution applications

Administer Linux operating systems





Support integration of CI test pipelines

Install and support code coverage tools to measure test automation coverage

May assist in developing test automation infrastructure

Champion Test Automation best practices and new methodologies

Requisitos principales 3–5 years in software testing with at least 1 year in a Project Management role

Masters degree in a related engineering field (or Bachelor with equivalent experience)

Operations Project Management background

Experience managing test automation environments

Software development and testing experience

Strong DevOps and Agile CI/CD expertise

Experience with building infrastructure/tools (GCov/GCC, Coverity, Git/Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jira, Visual Studio)

Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)

Experience with GitHub Actions

Scripting languages to build/deploy software (Python, Bash)

C/C++ and Shell scripting

Excellent analytical skills analytical thinking problem solving cross-functional collaboration
