Overview In this role you will lead a high-performing BD team focused on the DACH region, shaping growth strategies and partner with cross-functional leaders to build a scalable pipeline. You will work to align GTM initiatives with company objectives and leverage AI-enabled insights to optimize performance.

Drive growth and market expansion in the DACH region through strategic planning and relationship building

Lead outbound prospecting and pipeline generation aligned with regional objectives

Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve engagement

Provide updates, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership

Requisitos principales Experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or related growth roles in the DACH market

Native German and fluent English

Track record of building pipeline, driving growth, and delivering measurable results

Strong coaching and development experience with high-performing teams

Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

Strategic and analytical problem-solving approach

Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach)
