As a member of the Product Development team, you will be responsible for delivering projects related to the technical development,



support and maintenance of the company's customer facing applications and internal applications to defined standards and to a high quality. As a Senior Engineer you will have a strong working knowledge of the design, development and maintenance of web-based applications. Maintain a strong technical understanding and promote the use of the latest software and technologies.
Provide regular feedback to, and coaching of, the Tribe members to ensure improvement of individual performance and contribution to project deliverables.
Advocate Testing practices and champion the rollout of automation within the business area of remit.
Tech Debt – take ownership, lead the squad to do the same and discuss prioritisation with Product.
Over 3 years' experience being a Technical Lead in the team
Over 10 years' experience of delivering IT development projects
Java – up to v21
Spring (including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch)
Java Webapps (such as Tom
