Overview

As Staff Product Designer, Growth, you shape growth-focused product experiences for Deel's integral platform. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams, and advance the design system to meet growth metrics. You'll rapid-prototype, run experiments, and use data to validate hypotheses, driving onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Responsabilidades Define and deliver design across multiple growth initiatives aligned with activation, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics

Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing to test and iterate growth hypotheses

Partner with design system stakeholders to drive growth-focused design system strategy and motion usage

Rapidly design, prototype, and test features using A/B testing and data insights

Mentor Product Designers and elevate design practices and standards

Identify bottlenecks with product and engineering to streamline user journeys





Convert complexity into clear, strategic design solutions

Foster alignment across teams through effective communication and narrative

Requisitos principales 5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years in a Staff role

Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with advanced prototyping (e.g., progressive disclosure)

Growth mindset with experience in product metrics, analytics, and A/B testing; familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools

Portfolio showing experimentation outcomes on onboarding, virality, pricing, or subscriptions

Curiosity about AI and experience designing AI-powered experiences or using AI tools in design workflow

Data-informed design grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights

Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work at speed while maintaining quality

Strong communication and facilitation skills; mentoring experience; cross-functional collaboration

Embedded in end-to-end team workflows from ideation to design QA
